Team seats and API access come from your highest plan, whichever product it is. Each product runs on as many websites as its own tier allows: with one product on Starter and another on Growth, your team gets Growth’s seats, and each product keeps its own website limit.
Yes, from your dashboard at any time. Added products are charged pro rata today and removed products are credited pro rata. Nothing is deleted when you remove a product or move down a tier: extra websites pause and your data stays readable.
No. Prices are in US dollars, plus applicable tax. Where tax applies, it is added at checkout from your billing address, and businesses can add their tax ID.
Monthly or yearly by card or another payment method offered at checkout. Every payment comes with an invoice you can download. We can also bill your organization by invoice, paid by bank transfer: ask us.
Nothing you need to do. Plans that include every product keep their price and limits for as long as the subscription stays active. You can move to the new plans whenever you like; after switching, the older plan can’t be chosen again.
SMS messages, online payments (for bookings and forms), and chat channels beyond your website (such as WhatsApp or email) are not available yet. Features still in development are never part of a plan until they ship.
